1. Non-Cancellable Bookings

• Once a booking is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled by the guest under any circumstances, except in the event of bad weather or operational reasons from our side.

• If cancelled by the guest, the booking amount will not be refunded.

  2. Rescheduling Policy

• More than 7 Days Before Scheduled Arrival: Guests may reschedule their booking to a later available date if informed more than 7 days in advance. No refunds will be provided.

• Within 7 Days of Scheduled Arrival: Bookings are strictly non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

  3. No-Show Policy

• If a guest fails to arrive for their scheduled kayaking session without prior notice, the booking will be considered a no-show.

• No refund or rescheduling will be allowed.

  4. Weather & Safety Cancellations

• In case of extreme weather conditions, high tides, or safety concerns, Baga Kayaking – Vhoddekar reserves the right to reschedule the activity.

• If rescheduling is not possible, the full booking amount will be refunded.

  5. General Conditions

• Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by our team.

• Life jackets are mandatory and will be provided.

• Intoxicated guests or those deemed unfit for kayaking may be denied participation, with no refund.

• Bookings are subject to availability and operational feasibility.
